About the role
AmCoat is seeking a Head of Dealer Success to grow our national dealer network and transform field best practices into scalable, documented systems. You will recruit operators, launch them for rapid ramp and profitability, and own the framework that makes dealers successful across the network. You will inherit a strategic evaluation of the dealer model, close remaining gaps, and drive outcomes you cannot command directly through influence, credibility, and contract.
