About the role
To grow the referral channel that connects families to mental health care, the full-time Outreach Associate will build relationships with school mental health professionals through outbound research, email, and phone calls, while managing messaging and driving engagement across multiple platforms in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Build targeted lists of school mental health professionals and manage outbound outreach efforts
Develop and execute tailored messaging for cold sequences, event campaigns, and follow-ups
Engage with prospective referral partners through cold calls and various outreach channels
Required qualifications
2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, demand generation, or growth
Proficiency with tools such as Instantly, Clay, Outreach, Smartlead, or Apollo
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion
Ability to conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within organizations
Passion for youth mental health and the ability to communicate its importance effectively
