About the role
HRIS Consultant + UKG + OmahaIf you've helped implement UKG Pro, understand how HR teams actually use the platform, and know how to uncover functionality that organizations aren't taking advantage of, this could be a great short-term consulting opportunity. Our client is looking for an experienced HRIS Consultant to spend approximately 90120 days helping their HR team get more from the system they already have. The focus isn't replacing UKG Pro or starting overit's identifying opportunities, activating underused functionality, improving processes, and delivering quick wins.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the HR subject matter expert for UKG ProEvaluate the organization's current use of the platform and identify gaps and opportunities
- Uncover features, tools, workflows, and capabilities that are available but not being fully utilized
- Partner directly with HR leadership and end users to improve how UKG Pro supports day-to-day HR processes
- Help configure and optimize functionality based on practical HR needs
- Recommend process improvements and help the team put them into action
- Focus on achievable improvements that can make an impact during the 90120 day engagement
- What They're Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with UKG ProPrevious experience participating in or leading a UKG Pro implementation
- Solid HR functional knowledge and experience
- Ability to understand an HR process and translate it into better use of UKG ProExperience identifying and implementing functionality that improves efficiency and user adoption
- Comfortable partnering with HR leaders and end users
- Able to step into an existing environment, assess what's working, and quickly identify opportunities for improvement
