About the role

Tier 3 IT Support Specialist - Remote iSphere is looking for a Tier 3 IT Support Specialist for a 12 month remote opportunity. What we need: 5 years of technical support experience 5 years of customer service experience Strong networking knowledge, including VPNs, VLANs, IP addressing, internet, and wireless connectivity Experience with Cisco Meraki Experience with Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, and remote access tools Broad experience supporting computers, printers, hardware, software, and mobile devices Experience working in a ticketing system and managing escalated incidents Ability to communicate clearly with customers, technical teams, vendors, and management Ability to work independently and make good decisions when there is not an obvious answer Retail or technology experience is preferred. Field support or field service experience would be a big plus, especially if you have worked in environments where you had to troubleshoot both the user issue

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
