About the role

Duininck is offering an internship with our Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil teams, providing a hands-on opportunity to learn construction practices and project management. Projects span multiple sites across MN, SD, ND, and IA, with duties in planning, scheduling, quality and safety oversight. Compensation ranges from $22 to $26 per hour based on experience, plus benefits including PTO, housing options when applicable, and travel reimbursements.
