Overview In this role you will lead and support high-value, multi-disciplinary proposals, guiding strategy from kickoff to submission. You’ll shape win themes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff to deliver competitive, compliant submissions. You’ll work with leadership to optimize messaging and pursuit processes in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to influence major infrastructure pursuits and regional growth. Compensation / BenefitsESOP provided at no costcompetitive benefit programsopportunities for professional developmenthybrid work model Responsibilities Lead, manage and win high-profile pursuits (e.g., major infrastructure, pursuits >$100M)Direct all pursuit lifecycle phases from strategy to closeout Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and messaging frameworks Facilitate pursuit planning meetings (capture, kickoff, reviews)Collaborate with technical leadership to shape approaches and differentiate submissions Oversee proposal development for compliance, quality, and strategic alignment Lead proposal production (layout, graphics, final delivery)Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with tight deadlines Mentor junior marketing and pursuit staff Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools Support business development through market research and positioning Represent JMT at conferences to promote initiatives and network Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or related field 8+ years of A/E/C proposal/pursuit experience Proven experience leading large, complex proposals Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes Experience contributing to pursuit strategy and positioning Proficiency with CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Microsoft Office Leadership Communication Interpersonal skills Adobe InDesign Adobe Creative SuiteCRM systems
