Mercyhealth System is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our hospital-employed, collegial anesthesia team at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center-Janesville. Opportunity:
Base Salary: $520,000 Cardiac Stipend: $80,000
Additional Compensation: Quality Bonus Time Off: Minimum 8 weeks vacation (opportunity to increase to 15 weeks depending on call track)- H1B supported - Hospital-employed model - Single hospital location - Flexible call-track options - Diverse case mix - EPIC EMR - 501c 3 non-for-profit system Mercyhealth System Anesthesiology Services Departmental Scope: Join an established and supportive team of:• 16 full-time anesthesiologists • 2 part-time anesthesiologists • 2 full-time CRNAs • 2 anesthesia technicians Diverse case mix including:• Healthy pediatrics• Low-volume OB• Trauma• Neurosurgery• Thoracic & vascular• Cath lab• Gynecology, general surgery, plastics, orthopedics• Gastroenterology, oncology, ophthalmology, urology• Cardiac cases available based on interest and experience Call Structure Options: First Call (In-House) Track • 7 weeks of night call (7pm-7am), 7 days on / 7 days off • 7 additional post-call weeks, significantly increasing total time off • Guaranteed post-call day off • Ideal for candidates seeking maximum vacation time Second Call (Backup) Track • No in-house call requirement • Approximately q 9 second-call rotation • Lighter call burden
