About the role
Google is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities. You will lead due diligence workstreams, own the financial model/valuation, and drive transaction execution with executive feedback.
You will collaborate across Product, Legal, Finance and People Operations to understand industry dynamics, regional nuances, and drive data-driven decisions with strong business judgment and pattern recognition.
