Du beantwortest Fragen, unterstützt Übungen und Projekte und sorgst dafür, dass Lerninhalte eigenständig im Arbeitsalltag angewendet werden können. Du bewertest Lernfortschritte, führst Abschlussprüfungen durch und gibst konstruktives Feedback. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Coaching Team Lead, Learning Team und weiteren
