About the role

Rent the Runway is seeking an HR lead for our Fulfillment Centers to oversee people operations at Secaucus, NJ and Arlington, TX. You will partner with Senior Management to implement HR programs that align with business goals and scale as we grow. You will coach a team of HRBPs and associates, drive labor planning, employee lifecycle, and compliance, travel regularly to Texas and occasional visits to Brooklyn.
