BakerCaputo's Bagels, Park Slope81 5th Avenue, Brooklyn Full/Part Time Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00) We're hiring Bakers who care about doing it right, every batch, every morning.
What you'll do:
  • Mix, shape, proof, boil, and bake bagels from scratch daily
  • Prep and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Follow recipes and production schedules to hit morning pars
  • Keep a clean, organized, food-safe station
  • Work closely with the kitchen and counter teams during high-volume service
Who you are:
  • Reliable, organized, and a team player
  • Comfortable with very early mornings and high volume
  • Takes pride in consistency and quality
  • Interested in learning and growing with a new concept
  • What you bring 1-2 years of bakery, bagel, or production kitchen experience
  • Solid dough-handling skills; bagel experience a big plus
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidaysNYC Food Protection Certificate a plus
  • Compensation & perks$20$22/hour, depending on experience
