About the role
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of windows, doors, and related materials
- Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff
- Ensure proper handling and storage of fragile glass and door products to minimize damage
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Coordinate with sales, delivery, and installation teams to ensure timely product availability
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate incoming shipments
- Valid Forklift Certification (required)2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Experience handling large, fragile items (glass, doors, windows a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically active role
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- $22–$25 per hour, based on experience
