Front Desk ManagerThe right candidate will be a highly organized and motivated to manage a front desk area. This position will require a person is comfortable with changes that comes as business increases. They will provide administrative support and outstanding customer service. If you thrive in a multi-faceted position, utilizing different types of computer software, office equipment, and enjoy helping staff members and customers, we'd love to meet you.Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle inquiries with professionalismAnswer and direct calls using a multi-line phone systemPerform accurate and confidential data entryMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar managementProvide clerical support including typing correspondence and working with spreadsheetsUtilize Microsoft Word & Excel (basic level)Social Media Branding, engagement, and posting utilizing Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Chat GPT and any other related software or platforms.Requirements:Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferredStrong computer skills with basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & ExcelExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood typing skills with strong attention to detailProfessional phone etiquette and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
