This role supports eCommerce content and creative assets across sales channels and owned digital properties, including homepage, landing page, product detail page, and promotional content for professional and consumer audiences. The position partners with Brand, Creative, Key Account Management, Amazon, and external partners to develop retailer-specific content, support product launches and campaigns, and ensure marketing deliverables are accurate and completed on time.Job DutiesSupport the development and execution of eCommerce content across all sales channels and the company website, including homepage, landing page, customer PDP pages, and promotional content for professional and consumer audiences. Assist in the development of PDP content and creative assets for existing products and new launches, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Coordinate the creation and updates of above-the-fold and below-the-fold PDP assets across retailer and owned channels. Maintain the eCommerce asset library, including PDP imagery, videos, model photography, lifestyle content, claims, and supporting creative assets. Create and update retailer-specific marketing materials, including banners, emails, CRM content, PDP assets, and other digital marketing support materials. Partner with Key Account Managers to develop and execute retailer-specific eCommerce marketing assets and content, ensuring customer requirements and promotional needs are supported accurately and on time. Upload, maintain, and monitor product content and assets within Syndigo, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and published on schedule. Partner with the Amazon team and Creative team to develop and update advertising and PDP assets as needed. Support go-to-market initiatives by coordinating the development, approval, and delivery of eCommerce assets and retailer marketing materials for product launches and campaigns. Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to bring product launches and marketing campaigns to life across eCommerce and in-store channels through compelling content, merchandising, and promotional materials. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Assist with the development and execution of in-store merchandising displays and promotional materials from concept through production and delivery. Support influencer box assembly and execution for product launches and marketing campaigns, including coordination of materials, approvals, and shipment logistics. Conduct industry and competitive research to support eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, and product launch initiatives.
