Trueline Talent represents a client in the Greater Providence area seeking a Senior Real Estate Title Processor and Closer. This hands-on role manages residential files from processing through closing, ensuring on-time closings and proactive issue resolution. You will review title searches, prepare all closing documents, coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys, and help shape a growing title operation with long-term potential. Hybrid schedule; four days in office, one day remote.
