About the role

Rivetus Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Take Your Therapist Home program. You will work in Home Health with SNF collaboration, maintaining a dedicated local caseload and a traditional workweek. You will use professional judgment, adapt to patient and family needs, and lift/move patients with appropriate devices within a hybrid Home Health and SNF setting. Michigan licensure is required.
