About the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.1–2 years of relevant experience in a professional services or legal environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with CRM systems (such as InterAction or Nexl), email marketing platforms (such as Vuture, Constant Contact, Mailchimp), website content management systems, project management tools, or similar marketing technology is preferred.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable conducting research, working with data, and learning new platforms and subject matter.
- Interest in marketing, business development, branding, professional services, and intellectual property is strongly preferred.

- While the firm has adopted a hybrid work environment, this role requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Non-Exempt, bonus eligible.
