About the role

100 Hires, Inc. is seeking a Laser Equipment Operator to set up steel, operate laser systems, read BOMs, and interpret blueprints for precise cutting. You will inspect parts, program complex laser operations, and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor. The role requires basic reading/writing, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and overtime as needed to meet detailed specs and production schedules.
