Job DescriptionAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Analyst. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, combining content creation, graphic design, campaign coordination, and performance analysis to help drive brand awareness and business growth.The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to balance creative projects with analytical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit, and manage marketing content, including promotional copy, presentations, advertisements, and collateral materials.Design digital and print assets for internal and external communications.Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and advertising schedules.Monitor campaign placements and track marketing performance metrics.Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing content across internal platforms and communication channels.Organize and manage marketing and sales materials, ensuring version control and consistency.Uphold brand standards while contributing innovative creative ideas and design concepts.Develop marketing materials that support lead generation, product awareness, and customer engagement initiatives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.Support ongoing marketing initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience supporting marketing, branding, communications, or graphic design initiatives.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to work effectively with individuals across all levels of an organization.Professional fluency in English and Spanish.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
