Sales Manager Ford of Corinth is seeking a dynamic and motivating Sales Manager to lead our dedicated sales team in Corinth, MS. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire, guide, and hire top talent to drive sales success and provide exceptional customer experiences. As Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving our sales goals, developing sales strategies, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales personnel to build a high-performing team. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to optimize performance. Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure superior customer service. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills.
Requirements: Proven experience in sales management with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong hiring and team-building skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
