Responsibilities Assisting with preparation of presentations for clients Drafting / detailing residential drawing sets for construction Drafting residential drawing sets for Dept of Building and Landmarks filings Assisting with construction administration duties Attending select OAC meetings during Construction Administration Requirements 3-5 years’ experience Minimum education: Bachelor of Architecture Experience in architectural drafting and detailing Proficient in AutoCAD Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite AutoCAD for MAC knowledge, a plus Ability to hand sketch, a plus Experience working on high-end, single-family residential projects, a plus Experience with NYC Dept of Building and Landmarks filing drawings, a plus This is a full-time, in-person opportunity including benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
