Permit Coordinator Required Skills & Experience: 1-2 years experience working in permitting (in any department) Excel, Word Good Communication (will be calling different agencies in regards to the permits) Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Right of Way permitting Construction Industry Permitting Job Description: Our client is looking for a great Permit Coordinator to join their team! This person will be reviewing the permit drawings for accuracy and verifying that the correct permit agencies have been identified. They will be completing permit application forms including E-Forms. They will also be submitting permit applications to local, state and/or federal agencies. Once everything is submitted, they will be monitoring the agency review process and follow up as needed. There is a little bit of local travel to the different agencies in the county area that will not be expensed so they need to be comfortable with that. The hours are Monday Friday 7:30 4:30 with some overtime.
