About the role

🔬 Research Scientist – Cell Biology & Genomics📍 Location: Ridgefield, CT.We are looking for a hands-on Research Scientist to support discovery programs focused on Cardiovascular-Renal-Metabolic (CVRM) diseases.
Key Responsibilities: Perform mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays Execute NGS workflows, including bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, and snRNA-seq Support tissue/cell/nuclei dissociation and library preparation Operate and troubleshoot laboratory automation platforms Perform molecular biology techniques including PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, and Western blotting Maintain accurate sample tracking and experimental documentation Collaborate across cell biology, genomics, automation, and bioinformatics Ideal Background:✔️ Strong mammalian cell culture experience✔️ Hands-on NGS experience✔️ Exposure to laboratory automation/high-throughput workflows✔️ Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills⭐ iPSC, kidney organoid, or sequencing instrument experience is a plus🎓 Education: BS + 7 years, MS + 3 years, or equivalent experience.📩 Interested?
