Known as experts in the roofing industry, we provide a one-stop-shop experience commercial roofing products, siding, windows, waterproofing materials, and accessories- backed by exceptional customer service and long-term business partnerships. We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Territory Representative to grow market share, build lasting relationships, and exceed sales goals within an assigned territory.
What You Will Do:
Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving revenue growth within the assigned territory Build, maintain, and grow relationships with contractors and key accounts Prospect daily to identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers Present, promote, and sell exterior building products including roofing, siding, windows, and waterproofing materials Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Monitor market trends and competitive activity Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools Collaborate with branch operations and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Develop strong partnerships with customers and vendors Rapidly expand product knowledge with support from Sales and Marketing leadership Participate in weekly oneonone meetings with the Director of Sales and Marketing Build personal networks and engage in professional associations Win business and consistently meet or exceed quota objectives
Who You Are:
Competitive, goaldriven, and motivated to win Proven success in outside B2B sales and territory management Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior building materials or constructionrelated sales Knowledge of roofing industry products and offerings preferred Strong negotiation, closing, and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology Highly organized with strong attention to detail Independent selfstarter who thrives in a competitive environment Strong relationshipbuilder and “people person”B2C sales experience encouraged Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Role-

Reliable transportation Willingness to travel locally within a 60mile radius of branch locations Local travel only (no overnight travel required)
