About the role

Typesetter We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Las Vegas. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for print and digital publications. Your primary goal will be to create visually appealing and error-free layouts that meet the specifications of each project.
Responsibilities: Format and arrange text, images, and other visual elements for print and digital publications Use desktop publishing software to create high-quality layouts Ensure that all design elements are aligned with the project's specifications and style guidelines Make necessary edits or corrections to ensure accuracy and consistency in the final product Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain a library of templates, fonts, and graphic elements for future use
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress Excellent eye for detail and ability to spot errors in text or design elements Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Las Vegas (preferred but not required) Nationality: Indian (preferred but not required)
Working hours: Part-time (20 hours per week) Accommodation: Provided by company (if needed) Other requirements: Candidates must have experience in typesetting for both print and digital publications. A biometric passport is required for employment.
