About the role

About Qontour Qontour is a design and development studio that builds strategic, high-performing websites for B2B technology companies. We partner with growth-stage clients to create brand-forward web experiences that convert – blending clean design, sharp positioning, and smart systems. We are a Premium Webflow Enterprise Partner and have built our agency around low-code development.
The Role: We’re looking for a project manager to run delivery on three concurrent client website projects over the next 2–3 months. This is hands-on delivery management: you’ll own the projects, keep work moving, and make sure nothing stalls waiting on a decision (or an asset). This is a contract engagement with an immediate start. There is no ramp-up period, so we need someone with proven experience successfully shipping Webflow projects.
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage multiple active Webflow builds: timelines, deliverables, team coordination
  • Manage project tracking in ClickUp (agency-side) and Asana (client-side) – status, priorities, and comments
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain content, assets, and approvals before they become blockers
  • Support the internal team with their day-to-day needs, removing blockers as they come upFlag slippage early and propose the fix, not just the problem
  • Partner with client managers to communicate with clients, primarily async

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
