Duties And Responsibilities: Own the organic content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc.) You will master instagram constantly on trends, showing Manage day-to-day posting, captions, and channel upkeep Stay current on platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts Own The Entire Content Creation System: Deep research, analysis, generating a broad portfolio of ideas around the influencers core pillarsYou will be asked to break down why posts went viral, what we can learn from them, etc Work with editor, and other team members to produce an aggressive content delivery schedule, constantly testing via trial reels Own analytics, reporting weekly, what is working and what is not working Community & Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments (not DMs) Build relationships with community members and repeat engagers Reporting & Insight: Track organic engagement, follower growth, and content performance Track conversions into digital offers Competitive/trend monitoring (what's working for competitors, category)
Qualifications: 3-5+ years in social media management, organic content creation, or digital marketing Proven track record of growing organic audiences and managing multi-channel social calendars across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. Hands-on experience with social commerce tools, Strong creative ideation skills with a deep understanding of platform-specific mechanics (trending audio, native formats, series, and viral mechanics). Experience partnering with Paid Media to align messaging and avoid content duplication. Proficiency in social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Dash Hudson, platform native analytics) to translate engagement metrics into strategic insights. Excellent written communication skills in a distinct brand voice, with experience handling community engagementExperience with social media management software. Basic video/image editing skills tailored for quick-turn social content (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
