About the role
Position Summary:
This position coordinates dental implant cases across one or more OKC-OMS providers and locations, supporting patients and referral relationships throughout the implant process. The role assists with implant case preparation, consultation, communication, surgery, and follow-up while also supporting practice growth through referral outreach, education, and community engagement. Travel is required.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the Dental Industry as a Dental or Surgical Assistant
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, College degree in Business or Marketing strongly preferred
- Ability to organize, document, and follow through on implant related activity, outreach, and case coordination
- Ability to travel between OKC-OMS offices and referring doctor practices as assigned
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with patients, providers, staff, and referral sources
