About the role

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking an Outreach Program Associate for the Shady Grove Family YMCA & Woodman West Housing Community. This part-time role focuses on building relationships, coordinating programming, and fostering safe, engaging learning environments. The position requires evening/weekend work, travel between locations, and strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Pay is $25 per hour for up to 10 hours weekly.
