About the role
As a Massachusetts Licensed Corporate Counsel in IP Litigation, the full-time position will manage active litigation, advise on intellectual property matters, and support the development of artificial intelligence governance policies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Manage active litigation, including overseeing outside counsel and handling e-discovery and court filings
Advise teams on intellectual property issues while balancing legal risks with business objectives
Support the patent-harvesting program by evaluating innovations and working with patent prosecution counsel
Required qualifications
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with at least four years of relevant law firm experience
Active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for in-house counsel admission
Substantial experience in intellectual property litigation involving patents, trademarks, and copyrights
Experience managing complex litigation and discovery processes
Strong legal judgment with a practical approach to risk assessment and issue resolution
