About the role

Warehouse Associate Dunlop Tires North America, Inc. is looking for motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Warehouse Associates to join our growing distribution center team in Joliet, Illinois. This position plays a critical role in ensuring tires are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers. What You'll Do: Receive incoming inventory and place products in the appropriate warehouse locations. Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Process shipments utilizing UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers. Verify product quantities as picked. Perform forklift pre-shift inspections and complete required safety checklists. Assist with maintaining inventory organization and product flow throughout the warehouse. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist with additional warehouse and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications: Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution center experience preferred. Forklift experience required (sit-down) 1-2 years. Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 60 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills and professional attitude. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
