Generate qualified leads by meeting homeowners through door-to-door outreach Schedule appointments for our sales team Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, coaching, and team leadership Train directly with experienced, high-performing managers Develop expertise in territory planning, team performance, and daily field operations Lead, motivate, and manage your own canvassing team Oversee daily field operations and team production Earn management-level commissions, performance bonuses, and team overrides Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions Weekly performance bonuses Team overrides for additional earning potential Clear, fast-track path into upper management Paid training and ongoing leadership development Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days Opportunities for advancement based on performancenot tenure Previous experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, or team leadership is preferred but not required A competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with homeowners Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow Leadership potential and a coachable attitude
