Business Development Executive - BPO ServicesITTConnect is seeking a Business Development Executive - BPO services for a full time position with our client, a global business and technology transformation partner with over 340k employees in over 50 countries. This is a high visibility role in their global BPO organization. The annual sales quota for this position is $20+MM in total contract bookings. In addition, the BDE will be responsible for Revenue and CM for the portfolio of accounts they manage. The Strategic Sales Executive will play an integral role in the growth of the company's global service lines in North America. This role is highly strategic and highly visible. The individual in question must be comfortable working within a matrix environment from a reporting and teaming perspective. Location: The Sales Executive will be NA should be based near or in a major US hub, Central or Eastern US (Dallas, Houston, Chicago, New York, OR Atlanta). You should work in the office 4 days a week when not on business-required travel. Key accountabilities and responsibilities include:Develop and execute plan to drive annual profitable revenue growth within your portfolio of TME accountsResponsible for the overall P&L for the portfolio of accounts Bookings, Revenue, and Contribution marginEstablish and develop long-term customer commitment through maintaining strong customer satisfaction and being seen by the client as a trusted advisorDevelop positive relationships and regular contact with key client stakeholders at senior/board level to position Capgemini for large, sole-sourced dealsOriginate opportunities within existing and new buying centers by way of cold-calling, networking, social media, events and/or other sourcesProvide escalation point for the customer and collaborate with Client and internal Capgemini partners to deliver upon SLAs and value commitmentsDevelop and qualify leads into pursuits and close pursuitsLeverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositionsLead and motivate sales pursuit teamsAbility to work in a global organizational and service delivery environmentMake significant contributions to the local team and the company sales cultureManage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing processDevelop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunitiesMeasures of Success: Meeting and exceeding annual bookings value target (>$20M) Compliance with the client's sales methodology and financial parameters Work as part of a team to negotiate new deals and commercialsRequirements The ideal candidate:Minimum of 15-years of experience in selling complex, outcome-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services7-8 years of experience serving clients in the Tech, Telecom & Media SectorsExperience in developing new sales opportunities for Services industry clients, supporting the formulation of solutions for sales proposals (including pricing, scope, and schedules) and closing large, complex, outcome-based deals through consultative/value sales methodologiesExperience in a senior Business Development Executive /account executive role managing an account portfolio of $25-50M+A well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas of $15M-$20MRecent experience selling consulting services engagements of $500K-$5MExcellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skillsAbility to work in a global organizational and service delivery environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales cultureAbility to travel as requiredHigh level of personal and professional integrityExcellent attention to detailExcellent time management skillsReporting Relationship: The Business Development Executive will report to the VP & Business Services Technology, Telecom, Media & Entertainment Cluster Lead.
