About the role

To accelerate responsible AI adoption across Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience, the full-time AI Enablement Senior Manager will lead the AI Center of Excellence, develop custom AI solutions, manage training programs, and partner with various stakeholders to implement a scalable AI-enabled operating model. Key responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain custom GPTs, AI agents, and reusable AI-enabled workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience Lead AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and the Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment with business priorities and responsible AI standards Design and deliver AI training and enablement programs, fostering AI literacy and supporting champions to drive adoption Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 8 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, AI enablement, or related fields 2 years of preferred experience in the AI space Knowledge of generative AI tools, custom GPTs, and AI-enabled workflows Strong program management and change management skills
