About the role
Full Stack Lead | Enterprise Web Applications | Hybrid, NYCA leading financial services firm is hiring a Full Stack Lead to own the full stack development function for a suite of enterprise applications. You'll drive architecture, mentor a team of developers, and shape how the platform gets built end to end.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers through design, development, and delivery
- Architect end to end web solutions across front end, back end, database, and API layers
- Own code reviews, coding standards, and peer review processes
- Drive technical design decisions tied to enterprise architecture and business goals
- Run CI/CD, deployment automation, and release management
- Set up application monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning
- Lead AI integration work, including GitHub Copilot adoption and vibe coding practices
- Manage Azure API Management policies, gateways, and API lifecycle
- Partner with SharePoint, Power Platform, and QA leads on integrated delivery
- Handle sprint planning, task assignments, and team capacity
- Troubleshoot issues across the whole stack
- Evaluate new frameworks, libraries, and tools as the platform grows
- What you bring 8+ years of full stack development experience, with progressive leadership
- Strong hands with Angular, React, .NET/.NET Core, and SQL Server
- Experience leading a team of 3 or more developers
- Azure, API Management, DevOps pipelines, and containerization under your belt
- A track record in solution design and process optimization
- Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, microservices, and auth frameworks
Comfort in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments, with JIRA for tracking$112k-$190k base, plus a generous benefits package and discretionary bonus.
