Job Description: Entry-Level Assembler

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Entry-Level Assemblers on behalf of a company in Brooklyn, NY. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with assembling, inspecting, and packaging products.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products and components according to work instructions.
Inspect finished items for quality and accuracy.
Count, sort, label, and package products.
Lift and move boxes weighing 25–50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
Report defective materials or assembly issues to the supervisor.
Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
No previous assembly experience required.
Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience is a plus.
