The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the overall People & Culture strategy, leading enterprise-wide culture transformation, and integrating M&A activities from a human capital perspective. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving large-scale culture change, organizational design, and manager enablement programs.
