- Manage and overseejob files from start to finish
- Review, validate, and uploaddocumentation, photos, and notes
- Ensure all files meetinsurance carrier requirements
- Monitorjob file progress, WIPs, and audit status
- Coordinate with technicians, project managers, and customers
- Handleincoming calls and customer communication
- Schedule jobs, inspections, and subcontractors
- Performdata entry and system updates (Dash, CRM, QuickBooks)
- Assist withestimates and job file audits
- Support office operations (supplies, reporting, admin tasks)

- You communicate clearly and professionally with both team and customers
- 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or office experience
- Strong computer skills (typing, data entry, multiple systems)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handlefast-paced, high-volume workload(Not Required)
- Experience inrestoration (SERVPRO), construction, or insurance
- Familiarity with
- Dash, QuickBooks, or CRM systems
- Experience withjob file coordination or estimating
