Celerity is seeking to recruit a client delivery Pricing Consultant who will work closely with Celerity leadership and our Pricing Center of Excellence to execute pricing projects across industries and client contexts. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous pricing analyses, building models and insights from complex datasets, and translating those insights into clear recommendations that improve client revenue performance. WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM The Lead will drive complex pricing analyses and manages significant analytical workstreams for client engagements. Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations, coordinates project activities across team members, and serves as a trusted technical resource while coaching and developing less experienced specialists. You will also contribute to building standardized tools, templates, and analytical workflows that improve the efficiency and consistency of pricing delivery. And you will contribute IP for on-going improvement of our Celerity pricing approaches.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead pricing analytics including price-volume analysis, segmentation, profitability diagnostics, and customer-level analyses. Conduct market research, including surveys and expert calls (30%)Coordinate Pricing Center of Expertise teams to build pricing models, revenue simulations (20%)Translate analytical findings into structured insights and client-ready materials (20%)Lead client discussions to collect data and share insights (15%)Work with Partners/Senior Managers to scope pricing workstreams (5%)Support development of repeatable tools, templates, and standardized pricing approaches and contribute to knowledge capture and methodology improvement (10%)WORK MODELThis role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week.
ABOUT YOU: Required 5+ years consulting pricing experience and/or industry experienceBA or equivalent Pricing consulting experience OR industry pricing experience Experience building financial or pricing models Experience conducting quantitative business analysis Demonstrated ability to take ownership of analytical workstreams and deliver outputs with limited supervision Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving Advanced analytics and modelling capabilities Ability to manage distributed teams Strong communication and synthesis skills Ability to work with messy datasets and derive insights Preferred: MBA or advanced degree Distinct pricing experience, ideally with experience running quantitative analyses, working with large datasets, and building pricing models.
