Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and logistics, and preparing documents, presentations, and reports as requested. The Personal Assistant will handle email and phone communications, maintain records and files, and support coordination of client meetings, training sessions, and internal events. The role also involves basic office support such as ordering supplies, arranging meeting spaces, and assisting with follow-up tasks related to sales assessments, training engagements, and strategy sessions. This is a part-time position that requires reliability, discretion, and a proactive approach to supporting a busy executive environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, including calendar management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.Candidates should possess solid communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email and phone etiquette.Candidates should possess proficiency with office software and tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and online scheduling platforms.Candidates should possess interpersonal skills, including professionalism, discretion, customer service orientation, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills, including the ability to handle changing priorities, anticipate needs, and work with minimal supervision.Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or office coordinator is beneficial.Familiarity with sales, business development, or professional services environments is an advantage but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
