About the role
Job Responsibilities:
• Initiates the design process and performs the design analysis. • Diagnoses and corrects deficiencies.• Assists in maintaining cost controls.• Provides technical direction to support personnel.• Initiates supportive build programs.• Plans and implements test and/or development programs. • Coordinates engineering activities as necessary with other departments and/or divisions.• Coordinates with suppliers and/or customers on a frequent basis.• Partners with senior management to analyze and solve issues.• Provides advanced design engineering for washer systems.• Design, develop, and release washer system math data.• Work with studio and program teams to integrate responsible parts.• Manage tradeoffs and optimize solutions.
Required Qualifications:
This position requires a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
