About the role

Program ManagerNOVACES is seeking a qualified Program Manager to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) under the Business Management Support Services contract. The selected candidate will provide program leadership, strategic planning support, and oversight of complex, multi-disciplinary tasking in support of DoD stakeholders.Organize, direct, manage, and review technical aspects of deliverables involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasksServe as the primary interface between the client and contractor team, including senior-level stakeholdersMaintain and facilitate effective communication across government personnel and company partnersMeet with customer and contractor personnel to develop, review, and refine task plans and deliverablesProvide support in developing mission and vision statements and translating them into defined strategic goalsGuide assigned personnel in developing operational plans with measurable performance outcomesSupport capital planning initiatives and prioritize efforts to align with organizational strategic objectivesMinimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of three (3) additional years of relevant experience.Experience:Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.Program: Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) – Business Management Support ServicesPosition Type: Full-TimeWork Location: On-SiteAddress: 7700 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042Benefits:401(k)AD&D insuranceDental insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid holidaysPaid sick timePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insurance
