In this role, you'll manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring positive visitor experiences while maintaining building security protocols. You'll coordinate administrative support across departments, handle communications, and contribute to creating an organized environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.Requirements:1 year of experience in a reception or administrative roleHigh School Diploma or GED required.Professional certifications in office management or administration are a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are highly valuedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detailProfessional approach with focus on customer serviceExperience with visitor management systems and security protocolsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionDemonstrated skills in managing office supplies and inventoryStrong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independentlyExperience coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangementsAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to maintain workstation presence as neededKnowledge of basic office equipment operation and troubleshootingCollaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain professional composureCompensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $16.95$25.42.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
