About the role
Morgane Le Fay is seeking a freelance Paid Media Specialist to develop and manage our digital advertising strategy across Google and social media. Our primary goals are to grow online sales, reach new customers, and meaningfully expand our social media following.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic paid advertising plan across Google, Instagram, and Facebook• Create and manage campaigns focused on increasing e-commerce sales and customer acquisition• Develop paid social strategies that help grow our audience and social following• Identify target audiences, keywords, and opportunities for growth• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance• Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations• Collaborate with our team on creative direction, messaging, and campaign priorities About you• Proven experience managing Google and Meta advertising• Strong understanding of e-commerce, conversion, and customer acquisition (ideally w Shopify)• Experience using paid media to grow both online revenue and social audiences• Strategic and analytical with a strong creative sensibility• Experience with fashion, luxury, or design-focused brands is a plus• Comfortable collaborating with a small creative team This is a freelance/contract position with the potential for an ongoing relationship.
