The Paper Store in Fairfield, CT is seeking a full-time Department Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience through the G.U.E.S.T. service approach. You will coach staff, supervise operations, manage payroll within budget, and uphold our visual standards and company policies. In this role you will train and develop associates, drive sales, build customer loyalty, and ensure accurate execution of promotions and merchandising across the store.
