Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel-powered vehicles and fleet equipmentDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and softwareConduct engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and drivetrain servicingInspect and replace worn or damaged components including brakes, suspension, and exhaust systemsMaintain accurate service records and document all repairs and parts usedEnsure all vehicles meet safety and DOT compliance standardsCollaborate with fleet managers to prioritize and schedule preventive maintenance Requirements: Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment TechnicianStrong knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical componentsProficiency with diagnostic tools and computerized repair systemsASE certification or equivalent trade school/vocational training preferredValid driver's license required; CDL a plusAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality About Us: EPIC TOURS LLC is a proudly operated transportation and tours company based in Emmaus, PA, dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences for every passenger.
