Cellicor is supporting the continued growth of a major life sciences pre-clinical/clinical therapeutics organization in the Bridgewater, NJ area with the addition of a Senior Project Manager. Requirements & Qualification for the Senior Project Manager: Project management experience in therapeutic drug development Project management experience from phase to Phase I/II clinical studies Experience in cell therapies, gene therapy, biologics, or vaccine development Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA regulations and/or GxP guidelines), CMC requirements, and clinical study execution At least 5 years of project management in a cross-functional drug development or team role required 8 years of relevant biopharmaceutical experience Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering required Masters, MBA, PharmD, or PhD is desiredPMP certification preferred Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager: Manage cross-functional drug development teams through preclinical and clinical phases, focused on the development of therapies in oncology and autoimmune indications Program planning and execution Cross-functional coordination Deliverable management Risk management Governance and reporting Budget and resource support
