Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Material Batching & Mixing: Measure, weigh, and load chemical raw materials (such as liquid resins, dry pigments, and solvents) into heavy mixing tanks according to specific batch formulas.
Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed dispersers, mills, filling machines, and conveyor belts.
Quality Assurance: Periodically sample paint batches to check for proper color match, consistency, density, and overall finish standards.
Packaging & Labeling: Fill, seal, stack, and label cans, pails, drums, or totes of finished paint product.
Facility Maintenance: Safely handle, clean, and lubricate mixing tanks and lines using designated chemical solvents. Maintain a clean, organized work area to prevent cross-contamination. Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm Paid every Friday
