In this vital role, you will manage end-to-end closing tasks, handle title insurance coordination, and ensure seamless administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: File Management: Efficiently open new files and manage administrative closing work from start to finish. Closing Operations: Coordinate comprehensive real estate closings and handle title insurance processes. Digital Organization: Maintain and organize electronic notebooks for active files.
Financial Duties: Assist with billing and financial tracking associated with real estate matters. Team Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the overall success of the real estate team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in real estate closings and title insurance.
Technical Skills: Experience with Soft Pro is strongly preferred (though our client is fully willing to train the right candidate). Communication & Organization: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Work Ethic: A meticulous eye for detail and a professional, proactive demeanor.
