Chief HR Officer This VC portfolio runs across hypergrowth food and beverage and live entertainment. A fast growth environment backed by one of the global leaders in F&B/Hospitality. A lot of that comes down to who's attached: founder-operators with real credibility, and celebrity partners. We are looking for a Chief HR Officer to unify culture, processes and systems so employees across the group feel part of a bigger family and are given a platform to shine.
The role: Running HR internally for a fund that's scaling hard, and being a credible voice at portfolio board level on talent, structure and senior hiring.
